THE JESSY EDIT – REFUND POLICY
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including guides, planners, and templates, are final. Due to the nature of digital content being delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the transaction is complete. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
2. Access Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that you encounter technical difficulties or cannot access your digital products purchased, a new link will be sent directly to the same email address provided at the time of purchase. Please contact us at info@thejessyedit.com for assistance.
3. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
For physical items, we follow Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind." However, if a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days with photo evidence to arrange a replacement.
4. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that products are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
